CONCLUSION
Take an art-inspired leap

In every era there seemed to be certainties — film without audio, lifelong careers in the same job, and webpages of a fixed width.

But now any sense of certainty betrays an ignorance of the pace of change and the only option we have if we want to stay ahead of the curve is surf the wave – imagine, innovate, re-iterate.

I am reassured by art, the way it responds to the present by posing alternatives.

The way it acts as a catalyst for change and inspires us to see the world in a new light.

Art practice is simultaneously a process of enquiry, and the creation of something real and tangible.

You too can use the methods and insights which artists and designers use to navigate uncertainty and act on their vision.

I urge you to take an art-inspired leap.
